Hwy noise and a noise that dounded like hydrolics that when on and off hourly all night....we were no where close to the elevator.

I stayed at this hotel before and would come here again. The exceptionally kind and accommodating staff gave good recommendations. The service was excellent. The pool was good. They also had a free shuttle.

The staff were completely focused on making our stay at the hotel an excellent experience. We were told about the comfort features and given easy instructions on how to use, and the 100% satisfaction guarantee was emphasized. Check in was seamless and I used a third party to make our reservation.

Who ever cleaned our room either forgot to clean the sink or the whole bathroom because there was a hunk of toothpaste in the sink. I could not get on the internet. I did not report these as my family fell asleep before they hit the beds, so I knew they would not want to change rooms, etc. I also did not try out the 100% guarantee of satisfaction because I did not feel right complaining in the morning about something the night before. I feel certain something would have been done to accommodate the bathroom and the internet had I called the front desk.

The setting was amazing, near to the nearby Carolina Place Mall, center, and local restaurants. And it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from China Express, ate there once or twice. The breakfast was warm and enjoyable with a wide array of choice.

The Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Pineville is an attractive and fairly clean hotel. It has an excellent location close to St. Matthew Catholic Church. The property is conveniently located next to a mall and restaurants in Pineville, NC.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Pineville was great. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and stunning. The king room was modern with a coffee maker, jacuzzi, and 2 queen beds.

The overall weekend stay at this place was fantastic; the room I reserved was stylish and equipped with convenient amenities like a microwave, jacuzzi, and lamps with USB ports.

The food was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was reasonably spacious and updated with 2 queen beds. The breakfast had a great selection of food and was nice and hot.
